Border-Making and its Consequences: Global Track

The partners to this conference are committed to turning the 2nd ABS World Conference into an event of global scale. As a part of our endeavours to achieve this, we jointly organise a "global view" track to provide an overview over the state of the arts in border research worldwide. This program will consist of seven panels in total, covering Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, North America, and South America; each panel will be organized by an expert on the respective region. To enable the broader public and students around the world to profit from the concentrated knowledge present at the conference, these panels will be filmed and made accessible via the internet.

The list of panels is available here.
